An attractive heirloom Cos lettuce , tender, with dark red to bronze coloured leaves sitting loosely on a 30cm tall plant. A 1840's variety that is heat and cold tolerant. Harvest in 60 days. Sow seeds in punnets thinly 3mm deep. Plant out into position 20cms apart in rows 45cms apart.
